Fulton is a village in Morrow County, Ohio, United States. The population was 250 at the 2020 census. Fulton is south of Mount Gilead, the county seat. Fulton had its start when the railroad was extended to stone quarries near the original town site. A post office called Fulton has been in operation since 1881.
