Fabulous gardens and the restored home Was gorgeous too! The Gardner’s/landscapers have done a beautiful job. Everything was pristine. I can’t recommend this gem enough. Absolutely worth the trip!! Full review by TravelJLF

A very relaxing and beautiful place to spend a day wandering around the gardens and admiring the estate. You can feel and sense how the very rich had made living so extravagant and grand. Full review by dyl008

Sorry, I looked up the rules on their website. NO BIKING or sports activities. What a waste of a pretty location. Besides why would you pay admission (general admission $12) when you can go to so many other beautiful parks on Long Island. My picks are Eisenhower Park or Cedar Creek Park. They are both free for us Long Islanders. Enjoy your Spring! Hope this info helps:-)

So instead I get a "lecture" from you on having patience and also implied that I don't have a "good temperament" because I did not stay in a long line of cars and finally you call me a "Grinch" (mean-spirited person")....Name calling is not only bad manners but unnecessary and immature at any time.
