When I learned about this I had to come visit. I have been to Mile 0 in Key West so this had to happen. I took US 1 from Houlton to here and it was well worth it. Found lots of interesting things…Full review by dambanker

Is this accessible in the winter?
A:
The Monument would be but the steps to the berm might not be cleared of snow (if there is any!). It's easy access from the road!
