Dr Tong is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. After graduation, he completed his residency in radiation oncology at McGill University in Montreal. Dr Tong completed fellowship training at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York. He is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology.
