Hi, Backpacks are not regularly allowed on property during normal Fair Grounds working hours. You are allowed to bring backpacks to the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival which is held here, but it will also be searched. No outside food or drink, nor weapons of any sort are allowed.
