Is the viewing tower open yet?

Doubt it. There was just a ground floor and a staircase when we went end of August. No outer-walls or anything.

A:
Depends on what you want t do - we visited the museum and walked to the mounds and the red walk, we were here for about 2 to 2.5 hours.
