Arsenal defender Gabriel has responded to Man City's Erling Haaland after the striker threw the ball at him during Sunday's 2-2 draw.

Former Arsenal great Ian Wright has called Manchester City striker Erling Haaland cowardly for throwing the ball at Gunners' centre back Gabriel Magalhaes during their 2-2 draw in the Premier League at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday.

Arsenal and City players exchanged heated words at the full-time whistle, with Haaland caught on camera telling Gunners boss Mikel Arteta to “stay humble”. The Football Association are not taking any retrospective action over the scenes at the full-time whistle, nor for Haaland throwing the ball at Gabriel’s head.
