Johnson is a home-run hire for the Bears, but general manager Ryan Poles has plenty of work to do with this roster, between free agency and the 2025 NFL draft, to elevate this team. For the Chicago Bears, the latest NFL mock draft from Pro Football Focus doesn't include a Senior Bowl player. It's an underclassman considered the nation's top offensive lineman: LSU's Will Campbell.
