Jordan Pickford was Everton's hero at the London Stadium, producing a dramatic stoppage-time save to stop Danny Ings winning it for the hosts

Jordan Pickford earned Everton a point from a stodgy stalemate with fellow strugglers West Ham. The England goalkeeper kept out efforts from Jarrod Bowen and Guido Rodriguez and made a stunning late save from Danny Ings as the Toffees bounced back from last weekend’s defeat at Southampton with a gutsy goalless draw.

Crysencio Summerville hit the post late on and Danny Ings, on as a substitute, forced an excellent save from Jordan Pickford in stoppage time. But that was about all West Ham mustered while Everton will wonder if they should have pushed harder for victory.
