Voters in Northern Kentucky overwhelmingly rejected a proposed amendment to the state's constitution that would have allowed state lawmakers to give public money to private schools – and the rest of the state looks like it's headed in the same direction.

Kentuckians resoundingly reject Amendment 2. It would have changed the state constitution to allow lawmakers to divert public money to private and charter schools.
