WATERBURY, CT (WFSB) - A drug suspect struck two Waterbury police cruisers on Wednesday, police said. They identified the suspect as 26-year-old Vincent Simmons of Waterbury. Police said they patrolled an area of Baldwin Street when they spotted an occupied running parked vehicle with what they described as “visible motor vehicle violations.”
