Hanover leaders reviewed the findings of a third party investigation into actions taken by the county following January's water crisis that left residents without water and under a boil water advisory.

The city of Richmond has released the preliminary after-action report of last month’s water crisis. Problems started at Richmond’s water treatment plant at 4:25 a.m. Monday, Jan. 6 with a short power outage.
