Dikshit expressed disappointment in exit polls, predicting Congress would secure 17-18% of votes. He believes AAP’s performance is underestimated and that exit polls may not accurately reflect the election outcome.

With most exit polls predicting that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will win Delhi assembly elections, BJP leaders expressed confidence of the party's triumph after counting of votes on February 8 and said the they will perform better than predictions.

"All exit poll results are showing BJP taking lead. We have been saying that BJP is going to form the government in Delhi. People have rejected Arvind Kejriwal's 11-year rule," BJP MP Yogender Chandolia tells PTI.
