In Las Vegas, a judge has rejected Duane "Keffe D" Davis's request to dismiss the murder charges against him in the 1996 killing of rapper Tupac Shakur. In a decision issued Tuesday, Clark County District Court Judge Carli Kierny said he found no evidence supporting Davis's claim of immunity agreements made with local and federal authorities
