The Bob’s Discount Furniture store officially opened on Nov. 1 in the former site of a Bed Bath & Beyond store in the Riverview Plaza shopping center on Urbana Pike near Frederick. The Frederick County store joins ones in Hagerstown, Rockville, Columbia, and other locations around Maryland, Manager Brittany Deseau said.

Franchise Group, based in Delaware, Ohio, is the parent company of American Freight and other stores including Vitamin Shoppes.
