Kiah Duggins, Harvard Law alum, dies in DC plane crash
A Harvard Law School alum known for her pro bono legal work was one of the 67 people who died Wednesday when an airliner collided with a military helicopter in Washington, D.C. , was set to join the teaching staff at Howard University School of Law in the fall, the school said in a Facebook post. She graduated from the school in 2021.

Last year, she collaborated in a virtual group with Kiah Duggins, an incoming professor at Howard University who was killed in Wednesday’s plane crash near Washington, D.C. “You see things that kind of strike nationally, you don't realize that there is a connection. So that was, like, the hardest thing for me,” Nnachi said.
