Voters in Northern Kentucky overwhelmingly rejected a proposed amendment to the state's constitution that would have allowed state lawmakers to give public money to private schools – and the rest of the state looks like it's headed in the same direction.

State and federal law already ban noncitizens from trying to vote in elections in Kentucky, with criminal penalties.
