Buccaneers' Luke Goedeke: Won't play vs. Broncos
Coach Todd Bowles said Friday that Goedeke (concussion) will not play in Week 3, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports. Bowles also said that Goedeke is "progressing," a potentially encouraging sign for his availability come Week 4. In the meantime, Justin Skule should continue to fill in as the starter at right tackle.
3 Bucs Players Ruled Out, 2 Doubtful for Sunday vs. Broncos
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will officially be shorthanded once again when they face the Denver Broncos in Week 3. Three players are ruled out for Sunday's matchup. Safety Antoine Winfield Jr. (foot), right tackle Luke Goedeke (concussion) and defensive lineman Calijah Kancey (calf) will not be going on Sunday.

Right tackle Luke Goedeke, defensive lineman Calijah Kancey, and safety Antoine Winfield were all ruled out by head coach Todd Bowles on Friday. Cornerback Josh Hayes is also going to miss the game. Goedeke was diagnosed with a concussion during the week. Justin Skule is expected to start in his place against Detroit.
Buccaneers' Luke Goedeke: Ruled out for Week 2
Goedeke (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Lions, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports. Goedeke played all 64 offensive snaps in Tampa Bay's Week 1 win over the Commanders but reported concussion symptoms earlier this week and will miss the clash between NFC playoff hopefuls.
