MAINE, USA — Slick road conditions Wednesday morning led to multiple crashes across the state. One crash on Sabattus Street in Lewiston brought down utility lines, making for a messy situation. The road was closed in the area for multiple hours but has since reopened.
Maine State Police said the chase ended when the vehicle crashed at the intersection of Range Road and E. Dover Road in Dover Foxcroft. Two men get out of the car and ran into the woods while a woman remained in the vehicle with injuries.

A Maine man was killed in an explosion Friday while using a propane torch to thaw a frozen water tank on a commercial truck, according to Maine State Police.
