The New Jersey Devils lost 3-2 to the San Jose Sharks at the SAP Center on Saturday afternoon. The Devils had another disjointed performance but had positioned themselves to earn at least a point before a late go-ahead goal from the Sharks extended New Jersey’s losing streak to four games.

San Jose Sharks players Mikael Granlund, Cody Ceci, Alexander Wennberg, and Nico Sturm did not participate in practice on Friday. Per head coach Ryan Warsofsky, Granlund, Ceci, and Wennberg should be available to play against the New Jersey Devils tomorrow night.

The San Jose Sharks hosted the New Jersey Devils for some matinee hockey. The game was a close one, but ultimately it was the Sharks who were victorious, 3-2.

Ceci's goal put the Sharks up 3-2 on New Jersey and with little time left on the clock to push back, the Devils saw their losing-streak extend to four games. It's the longest stretch of regulation losses for the Devils this season.
