The Las Vegas Raiders have found their next head coach. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Pete Carroll has agreed to a three-year deal to become the team’s head coach. There is also a team option in the fourth year.

Former Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll will return to the NFL in 2025 as the head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders, according to multiple reports Friday morning. ESPN reported that Carroll and the Raiders have agreed to a three-year contract with a team option for a fourth year.

Carroll, 73, returns to coaching just over a year since he parted with the Seahawks. He replaces the fired Antonio Pierce with the Raiders. Brady, the seven-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback for the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, became a part-owner of the Raiders in October and played a central role in the team’s coaching search.
