A massive wildfire on the border of Northern New Jersey and Orange County in New York that left one young firefighter dead continued to grow Sunday night. The blaze, known as the Jennings Creek Wildfire, had grown from 2,500 acres early Sunday to 3,000 acres as of 6:30 p.m., according to the New Jersey Forest Fire Service.
