More than a dozen high-profile faces will be missing from the sea of spectators huddled in the U.S. Capitol Rotunda.

Trump will attend a signing room ceremony, followed by an inaugural luncheon in Statuary Hall. He then will review the troops on the east front of the Capitol. The parade will take place in Capitol One Arena, where Trump has invited attendees to also watch the swearing-in ceremony.

The guest list includes some of America’s most influential tech billionaires and politicians as well as some foreign leaders and celebrities who have embraced Trump.
