An investigation is underway after police shot and killed a man Wednesday in Londonderry after he allegedly fired a gun inside a fitness center.

A man suspected of firing a gun inside the Planet Fitness gym in Londonderry Wednesday afternoon was later killed in an exchange of gunfire with police. The Attorney General's Office confirmed that the man was shot by police after he drove away from the gym.
