From Friday, December 27, to Monday, December 30, stores will operate normal hours. On New Year's Eve, supermarkets will be open from 10am to 7pm and convenience stores from 6am to 9pm.

Sainsbury’s stores will close only on Christmas Day. According to a spokesperson, the “vast majority” of supermarkets and convenience stores will be open from 6am to 11pm between Wednesday, December 18, and Monday, December 23. Here are the opening hours over the festive period.
