President-elect Donald Trump’s attorney, Alina Habba, is gaining steam for the position of White House press secretary. Following Trump’s shock victory last week, a mad dash began to staff his next administration.

Trump’s third plan of action targets the secretive Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) courts, which grant intelligence agencies warrants to spy on Americans. He said, “We will totally reform FISA courts, which are so corrupt that the judges seem to not care when they are lied to in warrant applications.”
