The FBI and USPS are investigating a string of incidents in which suspicious packages were received at election offices, including in Kentucky.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation, along with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, are investigating suspicious packages that were delivered to election officials in several states, according to officials.

Colorado's secretary of state says the poster of the letters called themselves the "US Traitor Elimination Army".

A senior law enforcement official confirmed election officials in at least six states received packages, but so far none have been found to contain any actual hazardous material.

The Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth received word from the FBI that a suspicious package was intercepted from being delivered to a state building on Tuesday.
