Oregonians approved a measure to allow the Legislature to impeach statewide officeholders. Measure 115, ahead 63%-37% in partial returns, brings Oregon in line with every other state, all of which already grant their statehouses at least some impeachment powers.

This measure would have raised the minimum tax on businesses with sales in the state in excess of $25 million by 3% and 'rebate' the proceeds to Oregonians.
