The Arizona Supreme Court ruled Friday that roughly 98,000 Arizonans whose voter registration status was in limbo will be able to participate in the full ballot in November.

The Arizona Supreme Court ruled that roughly 97,000 voters who are improperly registered to vote because of a glitch in the state’s driver’s license database won’t be limited on who they can vote for in November because no law authorizes county recorders to change their registration status.

The Arizona Supreme Court has ruled that nearly 100,000 voters facing questions over their citizenship documents can cast ballots on Nov. 5, with the chief justice saying they were "unwilling" based on the facts of the case to "disenfranchise voters en masse" from participating in state elections.
