Sony will no longer force Steam users to create a PlayStation Network account to play some of its popular PlayStation PC ports. But if you do choose to login to PSN you’ll soon receive in-game rewards in titles like God of War: Ragnarok.

PlayStation announced that it will be offering some in-game rewards for those who play its games on PC while logged in to a PSN account. PlayStation also clarified that a PSN account will become optional for select titles on PC, which is a change from previous mandatory PSN account requirements on PC.
