Oct 11, 2021 · My Surface Duo developed the green screen issue on the right screen after its first full day of usage. Lucky me! It was replaced by Microsoft under the Advanced warranty replacement, and I’m hoping when it arrives with them later today they will not then charge my CC. Anyways, the new unit is working really well.

But if Microsoft ever put out a surface Duo running windows 11 instead of Android, and did it at a reasonable price, im all in. I'd still use my android as my phone, but to have my computer with me too, would be great.

Jan 9, 2015 · Just updated the duo last night on att. When making calls on phone, Skype, WhatsApp, the microphone won't work. I hear a beep right after initiating the call. It only works when responding to a phone call. Could be a surface headphones issue but it clearly happened after the phone update.

May 9, 2012 · First though, if you try to seek chat or other support help for the Surface Duo, it's missing from the list of devices in your account that can get service. Other Surface devices are listed, and Xboxes, but not any of my Duos (1 or 2). Oh, but wait, if you reload the page, now the Duos are there. This is 100% reproducible.

Oct 29, 2020 · The Surface Duo 2 has a feature to turn on automatically when you lift it. That might be why you see it automatically turn on. Settings->Surface Duo features->Lift to wake has the setting. I have experienced my phone turning off after five minutes. There is a setting to turn off after a period of time. It should be inactivity. Maybe there is a bug.
