Nov 23, 2020 · It's not with PS2 games. But you might became to homebrew it. Idk. Modded systems can be made to play PS2 games, but the compatibility is shaky at times and discs won't work.

Apr 4, 2019 · As for stability, CECHL uses 65nm CPU and 65nm GPU, much cooler than CECHA/E. Can get system under 65C with under 50% fan speed when playing the last of us. Just disassemble your system, clean everything up and apply new thermal paste.

Nov 29, 2020 · I was wondering about my PS3 model and its reputation. Because I read everthing about this model (good one, bad one ...) I own a FAT CECHL04 from 2008, and I'm really happy with it, it really works like a charm, as a brand new one i'd say for a console around 200days uptime (IIRC), with intensive playing during the second part of 2020.
