I guess Jensen is scared of either the GTX 1080 Ti (which made people stick to their GPUs for many years) or even the 1660 Super (which rendered the 1660 Ti and normal 1660 dead on the spot moving forward) that price gouging (and VRAM nerfing for 4060 Ti below) seems to be NVIDIA's way forward at least for RTX 4000 series.
