Sometimes carvana does seem overpriced though, like higher than kelly blue book, but similar to dealerships, without the extra $1000+ fees at the end though.

Buying a car online (especially a used car) causes a fundamental problem where you miss the physical experience of driving it - and you can learn a lot about its condition by driving it. You can work around this problem, but never solve it. It helps to trust the company, but maybe that's also a mistake.
