Deni Avdija, F, International — Promising forward whose shooting is suspect. The Wizards could do worse if he’s available at 9, though drafting him would likely necessitate trades. He’s probably a minimum of two seasons from being a contributor.

Nov 21, 2023 · I still think a deal revolving around Deni Avdija in Washington for Quickley makes sense. IQ's role, impact and ceiling is limited with the current roster's construction. To maximize his role he probably needs to be used as a scoring "point" guard with a much better facilitator at another position.
