Oct 31, 2020 · Majority of the male population is taller than this kid. It’s good that he’s flashy and can shoot but so many kids can do it these days. IT has shown how hard it is for a player who is shorter than most of the league. Guards are just getting taller and taller now and has left players like Newman behind.

Jan 24, 2023 · Newman's problem is his dad, who has allowed him to play all these years as a star shooting guard that doesn't pass the ball much. Any reasonable coach would bench a guard if he attempts too many contested shots and doesn't make an effort to find his teammates on the court. After all these years, his on court habits might be too late to fix.
