This is the American M74, a High-Explosive-Fragmentation (HE-Frag), spherical, aerial dispersed, centrifugally armed, Impact-Inertia-Fired (IIF), integral fuzed, Anti-Personnel (AP), submunition designed to inflict casualties by HE-Frag delivered within the MGM-140 missile system similar in appearance to the BLU-63 and BLU-86 submunitions.
