It was replaced by Microsoft under the Advanced warranty replacement, and I’m hoping when it arrives with them later today they will not then charge my CC. Jan 9, 2015 · Just updated the duo last night on att. When making calls on phone, Skype, WhatsApp, the microphone won't work. I hear a beep right after initiating the call. It only works when responding to a phone call. Could be a surface headphones issue but it clearly happened after the phone update.

May 9, 2012 · First though, if you try to seek chat or other support help for the Surface Duo, it's missing from the list of devices in your account that can get service. Other Surface devices are listed, and Xboxes, but not any of my Duos (1 or 2). Oh, but wait, if you reload the page, now the Duos are there. This is 100% reproducible.
