I have a bad shoulder so it relieves a lot of pressure on it and I can get through a longer bench session without a lot of pain. The knurling is great and the powder coat finish is excellent. The grip variations will have your entire chest on fire lol. One of the Titan decals started to peel pretty fast, but that’s not a big deal personally.
